Mockloaf and cabbage potatoes

We tried a new 'meat'loaf recipe and with a bit of tweaking I think it might be a keeper.

I ended up cooking them for a bit longer but here was after their first trip through the oven.

I'm going to scale back to 3 eggs, bake without the bbq/ketchup on top for 20-25 minutes then top and give it a few more minutes. It was a hit but the texture was a bit too mushy but I'm sure I can fix that.
