1 cup nondairy milk
6 oz container of vanilla soy yogurt
1/4 cup pumpkin puree
1 tbsp maple syrup
a healthy pinch of pumpkin pie spice
a handful of cubes to make it slushy like.
Makes 1 generous smoothie.
